I know I already posted today but I had a genius (?) idea earlier today and I just had to post about it and see what you guys think. Actually, it's two genius (once again, ?) ideas that I had and I'll need you to choose one or the other (or neither, and tell me that both ideas are dumb).
The first is that I've been thinking of making a profile on Wattpad or Figment just to get some of my writing out there...But, as I've said like a hundred times before, I'm a huge procrastinator and all of my stories never get finished. So...I was wondering...are any of you writers? Because I'd love some help finishing my writing and everything. I really suck at continuing my stories after I stop them and I just need someone to help me finish the writing. I think it would be fun to write with someone. So...would any of you be up for that?
The second thing--and it's sort of embarrassing to admit this...I feel really vulnerable right now--but I've been thinking up a TV show called "Fangirls" for a while and I haven't written anything down because I just feel so silly about the whole thing but basically it's about a group of five friends who are all part of different fandoms and it portrays the average life of the everyday fangirl. I'm doing an awful job describing this and it just makes way more sense in my head and I'm totally kicking myself for sharing this but it's out there now. Anyway. I'm thinking about writing out scripts for it--and this just sounds soooo dumb but I'm going to go through with this anyway--what do you guys think about that? Should I go through with writing details for this or nah? And, if I did do this, would you mind helping me out with it?
Now, keep in mind, with both of these silly suggestions, I'll have to talk to my parents about communicating with you via email and everything. I'll have to get clearance from them to be in contact with someone I haven't met (and don't plan to meet) in person. But if you say yes, and they say yes, then it's all good! I think it'd be cool if my writing took off, and teaming up with someone else would just make it cooler. Like I said with the whole contact thing, if you said yes, I'd email you the "deets" about the stories I'm thinking about publishing and my weird TV show idea and everything. Right now, I just need honest opinions and maybe someone to say yes to this. So please, please, please, if you're reading this, leave a comment about this so I can know if this is a good idea or not.
