Hipsta or Nah?

Okay...let's just ignore the dorky post title.

Anyway, today I ACTUALLY DID SOMETHING.

Yeah. I went somewhere. I LEFT MY HOUSE.

And it was actually fun.

First, I (and my dad...or is it me and my dad? whatever) went down this place called the Plaza (it's sort of like a New York-y, downtown-y kind of area near my city, except waaaaay less people than New York City. but, like, still a lot). There a lot of fancy fountains, reeeeaaaally good-smelling restaurants, and brand-name stores over there. My dad bought a couple of awesome things for me from AEO (*squeal*) and I bought myself a couple more awesome things Forever 21 (*louder squeal*). I'd post pictures of the stuff but I'm just way too lazy right now.

Anyway, walking around "downtown" was really fun. It was nice out and we went into some cool places--like this one store that had a lot of vintage furniture (yep, still no pictures).

Then we left the Plaza and went to see Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. It. Was. Awesome. I was kinda lost at the beginning because I hadn't seen Rise of the Planet of the Apes, but I caught on pretty quickly. And I really liked it.

So...yeah. I bought some hipster-y things and watched a super-awesome movie. I am very happy with this day. And now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go eat and get rid of this headache (which is completely unrelated to the events of this day...I think...O_o)
